This comprehensive application is an invaluable pocket reference to the laws and codes of Luxembourg.

Initially launched by AMMC Law and Mobilu (www.mobilu.lu), the app that was the first free Luxembourg judicial app and is also now the first free judicial app available for the iPad.
iLaw for iPad benefits from the expertise developed by Legitech (www.legitech.lu), a Luxembourg company specialised in high value-added services in fiscal and judicial document processing.

This free app allows you to browse or search the full text of the most important business laws in Luxembourg, including:

- the Civil Code;
- the Commercial Code;
- the Employment Code;
- the Civil Procedure Code; and

- the 1915 Company Law;
- the 2002 Company Register and Accounts Law;
- the 2004 SICAR Law; and
- the 2007 SIF Law.

To ensure that the information is as up-to-date as possible, iLaw accesses a bespoke internet-based database; created, edited and maintained by the expert team at AMMC Law, thanks to the Legitax (www.legitax.lu), Legiwork (www.legiwork.lu) and Legicorp (www.legicorp.lu) databases. This app is optimised for rapid downloading and quick searching. This also ensures that the app takes up the minimum amount of space on your iPhone, iPod or iPad.

For the sake of accuracy, all of the legal texts are, at this stage, in the original French.

You may search the full texts of the codes and laws by either keyword or article number, or browse through them in a comfortable, easy-to-read layout.

iLaw also includes a directory of useful links.

The app will be regularly enhanced by the addition of further codes, laws and regulations. It will also include the latest important Luxembourg legal news, automatically updated when you open the app.

iLaw is an essential reference for all Luxembourg lawyers, EU lawyers working with or in Luxembourg, law students and in-house counsels, accountants and domiciliation agents, and everyone else working with or interested in Luxembourg law.

The whole team from AMMC Law, Legitech and Mobilu welcomes your feedback, comments, views and suggestions. Please email us at [email protected].
